USA & Canada India

Two homes, one flight.

Tripgare has moved families between North America and India since 2019. We hold contract fares the search engines never show — and, just as importantly, we tell you which itinerary will actually survive a delay.

One infant per adult. Travelling with a child or infant? Tell us in the quote — bassinets and seating together are requested at booking.

Search shows live availability. A consultant confirms the routing, baggage and fare conditions before anything is ticketed.

Meera · Tripgare consultant

Hello. Most people arrive here after a search engine quoted them something painful. Before we talk price, let me show you the one thing those sites never explain — whether your connection is actually protected. It is the difference between a delay being an inconvenience and a delay costing you a new ticket.

The question nobody asks you online

Is your connection actually protected?

Two flights shown next to each other can be one ticket or two. It looks identical on a booking site. It is not remotely the same thing when your first flight is late.

Meera

This is the question I ask first, every time. If you are travelling with parents or small children, I will steer you to the one-ticket option even when it costs more — and I will show you exactly what the difference buys.

How we quote

Three options, and the reasoning behind each.

We do not send a single price and hope. You get the cheapest acceptable option, the one we would put our own family on, and the most comfortable — with the trade-off stated plainly.

Lowest acceptable
  • Longer connection, or a self-transfer you would be carrying yourself
  • Baggage often charged separately
  • Restrictive on changes
Usually our recommendation Best value
  • One ticket, protected connection
  • Checked baggage included
  • Sensible connection buffer
Most comfortable
  • Fewest stops, best timings
  • Flexible fare where available
  • Easiest for seniors and young children

Which option we recommend depends on who is travelling. Search live availability above, or tell us the trip and we will price all three.

Honest about timing

We will not promise you a sale that may never come.

Nobody can tell you the future price of a seat. What a consultant can do is read the current inventory and tell you which way the risk runs on your dates.

Reasons to book now

  • Your dates are fixed and cannot move
  • You are travelling in a peak or school-holiday period
  • Remaining seats in the lower fare classes are thin
  • A visa application or planning depends on confirmed travel
  • A genuinely good protected itinerary is available today

Reasons to watch a little longer

  • Your dates can flex by several days
  • You are travelling outside the peak
  • Several airlines compete hard on your route
  • Today's price looks high against comparable dates
  • You understand fares can move up as well as down
Meera

I will never tell you a fare is definitely going to drop. What I can tell you is how much inventory is left on your dates and which way the risk runs. If your dates cannot move, waiting is usually the expensive choice.

Gateways, not the whole map

Where the connections line up.

We quote any city across the USA, Canada and India. The gateways below come up most often, because strong international connectivity usually means fewer stops and a better protected routing to work with. Hover or tap a city.

Who we mostly fly

The itinerary should fit the traveller.

The same connection that is fine for a seasoned solo flyer is a poor choice for a family with a toddler, or for a father who needs assistance at every transfer.

Parents and grandparents flying alone

We ask about mobility before we pick the routing, not after. Wheelchair and airport assistance need lead time and vary by airline, so they are requested at booking and confirmed — and we will choose a longer connection over a marginal saving when fatigue is a factor.

Families, infants and group travel

Age-based rules, bassinet availability, seating together, meals and documents all get confirmed before ticketing. Groups of five or more price separately from individual seats and usually come out cheaper per person — but only by phone, because no search engine handles them.

Before we ticket anything

The checks that prevent expensive surprises.

Most travel problems are created before departure, not during it. This is the pass we make on every booking.

Passenger names match passports exactly, with correct dates of birth and contact details
Route, dates, local times, airports, terminals and the connection plan reviewed
You know whether the itinerary is one ticket or a self-transfer
Baggage, seating, special-service requests and fare conditions explained and recorded
Passport, visa, transit and health requirements flagged for official verification
Total price, payment terms, change and refund conditions and any service fee stated plainly

We do not ticket until you have explicitly approved the itinerary. No pressure, and no choice you do not understand.

After you have flown, and before

The part where a booking site goes quiet.

Most of the work on a ticket happens after it is issued. Airlines move schedules, plans change, and occasionally something goes wrong at an airport at three in the morning. This is the part of the job we think you are actually paying for.

The airline moved your flight

Involuntary schedule changes are common on this corridor. We check whether the new timing still works for your connection, your onward booking and your visa plan — then put the realistic alternatives in front of you rather than the first one the airline offers.

You need to change dates

We separate the three numbers people usually see mashed together: the airline change fee, the fare difference, and any service fee. You see each one before you decide, and we tell you plainly when waiting will cost more than moving now.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds run on the ticket rules, not on goodwill, so we start from the fare conditions and tell you what is realistically recoverable. We keep a written trail of the request, the evidence and the airline response, and we chase it.

Disruption and delay claims

Where a delay or cancellation may attract compensation, we point you at the right channel — the airline, your insurer, or the applicable regulator — without overstating what you are owed. Eligibility depends on the cause, the route and the carrier.

What we will not do is promise you an outcome before we have checked the ticket conditions and the airline rules. When something goes wrong you will get a short, factual, time-stamped answer and the clearest workable options — including the cost difference — before you have to choose.
